Interview with Stéphane Kervyn
Main Article Content
Abstract
The interview was held at the premises of K2A in Saint-Gilles on 10 September 2013, two weeks before the second review by the Concertation Commission charged with examining the planning permission application submitted for the transformation works at the Bains de Forest (a review following the Commission's request for an additional opinion from the Royal Commission for Monuments and Sites, C.R.M.S.). The Commission's attention was focused on the heritage aspects of the project, leaving aside the issues more directly related to the new function (the fears relating to the potential nuisance caused by the car park had been allayed by the architect in a note demonstrating the "local" character of the proposed facility).
