Radioxọkọn. Report on the study days held in Porto-Novo (18–21.09.2017)

Abstract

This text intends to report on reflections initiated during the study days organised from 18 to 21 September 2017 at the Ecole du Patrimoine Africain (EPA) in Porto-Novo, Benin. These days brought together a small group of twenty people with varied practices and backgrounds around a work of description of Radioxọkọn, a "public space" in the city of Porto-Novo. They allowed us to question what the notion of public space refers to in concrete terms, as well as the plurality of ways of relating to it, of mobilising it.
